Case · Memorians
At Memorians, information sat in five places: email, documents, separate lists. We turned it into one custom workspace, with AI in the core process. And we brought the team along into the new way of working.
The problem
The real work was not in the work, it was in the retyping.
One client conversation immediately produced extra work: writing up notes, transferring actions, drafting an email. All by hand, all in a different place.
For Memorians we brought that back to one place.
The approach
No system thrown over the fence. We started with how the work actually runs, and then built in steps that delivered something straight away.
We first mapped the client journey and the daily work. Where information comes in, where time goes, where follow-up hangs on memory.
After that we built the workspace step by step. After every phase something went straight into use, in place of months of waiting for one big delivery.
The team watched and thought along from the start. Try, adjust, try again. That is how it became their workspace instead of a system added on top.
In use
The AI sits inside the core process rather than beside it. Transcription and text handling happen in the daily flow, at the moment the work itself happens.
A conversation or a thought is spoken in. The workspace turns it into notes and actions, in the right place.
Reports and drafts sit ready where the work happens, not in a separate tool. The retyping is gone.
What goes out sits ready as a draft. It leaves only once it is approved.
The difference is in the rhythm of the day. Information sits where you expect it, follow-up is ready and nothing hangs on memory any more. See Memorians at memorians.nl ↗
For you
Client information in email, documents in folders, follow-up in your head: that is how many companies with 5 to 50 staff work. It goes well for a long time, until it becomes too much.
The route is the same as at Memorians. First a Blueprint that maps your client journey and your daily work. Then building per phase, with your team alongside.
