What it costs, who owns the system, what AI may and may not do with your data. The awkward questions are simply in here too, with the answer you would get in a conversation.
How we work and price
The first step is the Bravio Blueprint: €3,500 fixed, in 1 to 2 weeks. After that we build in phases, at a fixed price per phase that we base on what the phase gets you. We do that sum together during the Blueprint, so you know where you stand beforehand. You choose between a subscription and a buy-out, and we do not charge per user.
A free scan is usually a sales pitch. The Blueprint is 1 to 2 weeks of real research, and it results in a build plan you could take to someone else if you wanted. If you build on with us, we offset €1,500 against the implementation. Where we stand on this is set out in Why we do not offer a free AI scan.
The Blueprint takes 1 to 2 weeks. After that we build in phases, and the first build phase already delivers something you use straight away. So you are not waiting months in silence for one big delivery; after every phase something is there that works.
Yes. After every phase you decide whether we carry on, and you can pause at any time. What is already there keeps working, and your data can always be exported. That way the choice to keep building stays a real choice every time.
Remote first, with roots in Brainport (Veldhoven, Eindhoven, Helmond) and Amsterdam. Where it helps we come to you, for the intake and the team workshop for example. For the rest, short and online is usually quickest, for you and for us.
Ownership and data
If you choose a buy-out, the system is yours, source code included. If you choose a subscription, you have an exclusive right of use and you can still buy out later. In both cases you are not tied to a black box. The exact arrangements are in our terms and conditions.
You get a full export of your data in a common format, so you can carry on with it right away. After that we delete our copy. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy statement.
The source code and documentation are set up so that another developer can take over. We build with common technology, not a black box only we understand. And with a buy-out you already have everything in house, so little changes for you.
No. In the Blueprint we look at what stays, what gets connected and what can go. Your accounting package, for example, usually just stays where it is; it works, so we connect it. We replace only what pinches, not what runs well.
AI and privacy
No. Your data is not used to train third-party models. For sensitive steps we can also run the work locally, so your data never leaves your own environment. Which route fits your situation is something we settle together in the Blueprint.
Only low-risk and reversible work, such as sorting, summarising and preparing drafts. Everything that goes out sits ready as a draft and leaves only after you approve it. We set that boundary together and you can adjust it at any time.
We enter into a data processing agreement and settle beforehand where your data sits and who can reach it. So you know how it is arranged before the build, not afterwards. There is more on this in our privacy statement.
Yes, that concern is fair and sensible. Which is why protecting your brand is a design requirement for us and not an afterthought: the AI writes in your tone and your style, and nothing goes out without a person having seen it. You keep your hand on the button.
Practical
It is for companies of roughly 5 to 50 people where good people barely get round to the work they are good at. Clients, quotes, planning and follow-up sit scattered across separate tools, and you are the glue. It is not for anyone looking for a standard package for a standard process. That is perfectly fine, and we will say so plainly in the first conversation. Our cases page shows the kind of work we are the right fit for.
