How it works
You score every statement from "not true" to "completely true". If a statement does not fit your situation, choose "not applicable"; that statement then does not count and your score is calculated over the remaining ones. Out of that comes a picture across four themes, plus your position on the workspace ladder: five steps, from separate islands to a system that does the routine work itself.

If a statement really does not cover your situation, choose "not applicable", which does not count towards your score. After the last statement you see your result per theme and your step on the workspace ladder straight away.

Frequently asked questions
From two sources in our knowledge base: the question set we used with management teams as a baseline in improvement projects, and our maturity ladder for processes and systems. For this self-test the statements have been broadened to systems, data and AI, and rewritten in plain language.
Yes, and we recommend it. Have everyone fill the scan in separately and put the results side by side. The differences are exactly the useful material: where one person sees one system, another sees separate lists.
